Villa Type 1
The Villa Type 1 of Halcyon Villas are Built in traditional type. With gorgeous finishes, these villas provide complete privacy and exclusivity having a combination of outdoor living around a 43 m2 swimming pool and air conditioned comfort in all bedrooms. It is constructed on 7 m2 on plots ranging from 564 to 656 m2.

Villa Type 2

The Villa Type 2 of Halcyon Villas are Built in conventional type, with lovely finishes, this villa provides complete privacy and exclusivity having a combination of outdoor residing about a 49 m2 swimming pool and air conditioned comfort in all bedrooms. It is 363.4 m2 of constructed up region on 5 plots of 626 m2 and 1 plot of 689 m2. Aside from having larger plots, this villa also includes a 25 m2 second floor residing area with views to the harbor along with the ocean view.

Additionally, the estate will have a private members club with a location to socialize exterior of the privacy of one’s luxury villa. Golf buggies is going to be available onsite to ferry visitors for the beach at the bottom with the hill.

This club house is offered for personal member and as a guest staying in the Halcyon Villas compriceses at barand restaurant,spa, lobby lounge and gymnasium.

This air-conditioned library and lounge is a perfect spot for small meeting, surfing the internet with High Wi-Fi internet connection, just relax while reading your favorite books and noveis.
